At CrocCity Furnitures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Items Eligible for Return:

• Items in original, unused condition
• Items with all original packaging and tags intact
• Items returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Refund Methods:

• Original Payment Method: Card payments refunded to the same card
• Bank Transfer: For COD or bank transfer orders
• Store Credit: Available upon request (never expires)

Refund Timeline:

Total Expected Time: 10 business days from when we receive your return.

5. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility:

• Returns due to change of mind - customer pays return shipping
• Incorrect orders or defective items(must be clearly proved) - we cover return shipping

Return Options:

• Self-Return: Drop off at our Lagos location
• Courier Pickup: We can arrange pickup (fees may apply)
• Your Courier: Ship using a courier of your choice

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

1. Document the damage - Take clear photos of the item and packaging
2. Report within 24 hours - Contact us immediately upon delivery
3. Keep all packaging - Required for damage claims
4. We'll resolve it - Full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you

We currently process exchanges as:

1. Return of original item (following return process)
2. New order for desired item

This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred item. If there's a price difference, it will be adjusted in the new transaction.

9. Special Circumstances

Large Furniture Items:

For large items (sofas, beds, dining sets), special return arrangements may be needed. We'll work with you to coordinate pickup or arrange a convenient return method.

Warranty Claims:

Warranty issues are handled separately from returns. Please refer to your product warranty documentation or contact our support team for warranty-related concerns.
