By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Information

We strive to display our furniture products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colors, textures, or dimensions of our products. Minor variations in color, grain pattern, and dimensions are normal for furniture products.

2.2 Custom Orders

Custom orders are subject to additional terms. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may incur fees. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming custom orders.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) with optional USD conversion. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the final price for that transaction.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Delivery location restrictions

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (Preferred)
• Card Payment (coming soon)

Note: Payment must be completed before delivery. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and the items ordered. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.

For large furniture items, we offer professional delivery and assembly services in select areas. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

In general:

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if undamaged and in original packaging
• Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item

6. Warranty

CrocCity Furnitures provides a limited warranty on our products:

• Structural Warranty: 1 year against manufacturing defects
• Fabric/Upholstery: 6 months against manufacturing defects
• Hardware: 1 year against functional failure

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CrocCity Furnitures and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
